In accordance with state law, all licenses are displayed in a visible area of the studio and are available for your review at any time.
3. Payments
We offer several convenient payment methods:

• Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap-to-Pay)
• Cash at the studio
All payments are securely processed through Square. A digital receipt is automatically sent after every transaction. There are no hidden fees — the price shown during booking is the final price of your service.
4. Right to modify services
Anadzhy Nails reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or product without prior notice. We constantly refine our offerings to maintain the highest level of quality and modern standards.
5. Service warranty & responsibility
We use only certified, high-quality professional materials. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. Our team will be happy to assist or provide an adjustment if needed.
6. Intellectual property rights
All images, videos, text, and branding elements on this website are the intellectual property of Anadzhy Nails. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
7. Cancellation Policy
We respect your time and appreciate your understanding of our scheduling process.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened (for example, one color only or an express option).
• If you are over 20 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically considered canceled.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or in case of a no-show, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This policy helps us respect both your time and our artists’ reserved schedule.
8. Limitation of liability
Anadzhy Nails is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We guarantee a high standard of hygiene, safety, and professionalism for all clients.
